Terms And Conditions Of Hire

To secure your booking, a completed booking form is required which can be found and downloaded from the link above or the  home pages tab, together with a £20.00 deposit. Please read and sign these terms and conditions, and return with your booking form and deposit.

We will deliver your castle by between 9am and 11 am and collect between 5pm and 7pm. If you require a later collection time, please contact us to discuss.

The castles are best suited to a level grassed area and we would require access via a side gate with no more than 2 steps.

All castles come with shower covers but we do not recommend that the castles, or power supply are exposed to torrential rain or gale force winds.

Please note that the castles are not suitable for Adults and should only be used by children up to the age of 16 years.

You (the hirer) are responsible for any injury or damage whilst the equipment is on hire. Adult supervision is required at all times whilst the castle is being used.

Children must only bounce on the castle bed, and not climb or hang from the side walls, as this may cause injury.

Food or drink of any sort is strictly forbidden to be taken on to the castle.

Children must remove their shoes before going on to the castle, and we would also recommend that children with glasses remove them prior to bouncing on the castle.

Any jewellery, particularly necklaces, could present a hazard and should also be removed.

Under no circumstances must the power supply be disconnected whilst the castle is being used, as this may cause suffocation.

If the castle is being hired overnight, the hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of the castle, any theft or damage caused to the castle whilst in the hirers care, will be charged to the hirer.
