What surface do the castles need to go on?
The castles ideally are best suited to a level grassed area.
What access is required?
We prefer to access gardens via a side gate. The castles are large and heavy, and if we collect them after rainfall, this makes the castles even heavier, and for this reason would never take the castle through a customer’s house.
How much space is required?
In addition to the size of the castle, you will require an extra 2ft on either side of the inflatable to enable us to secure the steaks, and around 5ft in front of and to the rear of the castle, for the fan and safety mats to be positioned.
What if there are steps up to our garden?
Unfortunately we would not be able to handle a large number of steps as the castles are very heavy.
Can the castles go indoors?
Yes, the castle is suitable for use in village halls or indoor venues, and we would be happy to deliver and collect your castle to work around your party venue booking.
What if it rains on the day?
In the unfortunate event of heavy rainfall on the day of your booking, we will happily rebook your castle for a future date, at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Do the castles meet safety regulations?
All our castles are approved to BS14960 which also includes fire retardency. All electrical appliances are CE certified and are designed for outdoor use. Busy Bee Hire hold full public liability insurance.
